Create a very interesting angry face logo.

1. Open a new document.

2. Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool, hold the Shift key(this will draw a circle and not a elipse) and make a selection, then fill it with black, like this:

3. With the selection still active(if not active anymore, hold Ctrl and click on the circle layer) go to Select>>Modify>>Contract, set it to 5 pixels and hit OK.

4. Now create a new layer, and fill it with color (I used #3399FE).
