Most tutorials I’ve seen about cutting text from an image involve working with two documents, more layers, sometimes even layer masks… but there’s a really simple method to do this, and today I want to share it with you. Below, you have a possible result achieved by applying this technique, but you can let your imagination run free and obtain different results(unfortunately, you’ll end up using more layers, masks, and so on…so let’s keep it simple, shall we?)…

Today we’ll have a two-parts tutorial, but both parts are going to be very simple. Since you can see the result below, I won’t add anything else at this time, apart from “start up your Photoshop and prepare for the lesson”…

The word of the day is “rust”, but don’t worry about any metal objects you have around, because all there is to know about rust is how to create it… in Photoshop, of course!

Abstract images can be very interesting, or not, depends on the eye of the watcher, of course, but the best part is that you can achieve astonishing results with only a few minutes of work. After all, when creating new things in Photoshop, the post processing part takes up most of the time, but let’s cut that talking and start working!

Sometimes, things that can be created in Photoshop can’t get a proper name, because if 3 different people would look at those works, they would see at least 2 different things inside them. Well, in today’s tutorial, I will show you how to create some fireworks, but if you see something different in the image below… than we’ll learn to create whatever you see there!
